Sorry I have been MIA latley guys....
honestly I have been struggling with eating right/exercising. You know..the whole "healthy lifestyle" thing...and its definetly catching up with me on the scale unfortunatley.
However, I am not going to let it get me down.
I am not going to give up.
Nope.
Came too hard, ate too litte, sweated too much, and sacrificed a ton to get me where I am today.
Today just sucked for me. Emotionally. And it got the better of me.
And I forgot my phone at home so no pictures.
So, basically I am not promising anything for tommorow, except that I wont give up.
I hope you all are still doing good if you are on your journey!!! I love each and every one of you so much and am so thankful to have you (if I still HAVE any readers after this long hiatus and a no picture post LOL).
But tonights plan is to get caught up on a LOT of sleep, plan my food for tommorow, and make a list of rewards for each milestone. I may share them tommorow. I should be back tommorow guys...its just been a rough couple days.
What do you do for motivation?
I've missed you! Keep your head up, we all struggle! As long as you keep posting, I will keep reading! I was starting to get worried! You are my favorite blog and I stalk you multiple times a day lol!

DeleteIt wouldn't be a difficult thing to do without struggle. Some days are going to be great, others not so much (like today with me having Panda Express then a Shamrock Shake for dessert). But you just gotta make smart decisions as they come and take one step at a time!

DeleteSorry. I've was out of town, which you probably know. Chin up. You are coming off of a bday. Your bday was your last big goal that you set. That's come and gone. It's easy to feel like "what now, why bother" and eat. Plus, you probably just got bombarded with bday foods and bday sweets. Once that junk hits your mouth, it makes the next few days hard. You are fine! Set a new goal (non weight-wise... like you did with fitting in your dress), and you'll be great!
