Rubber Chicken


Hello lovelies!

Im in a much better mood today...

I know you are thrilled ;)

Anyways, today started out pretty good!

Toast=50 cals each PB=75 cals cheese=60 cals fruit cup=50 cals
 
I actually was given that muffin by a co worker and did not eat it. lol.
 
I didnt eat lunch till around 2pm today and it was very yummy and filling!
 
Oven Roasted chicken sub=320 cals I only got mustard for toppings, no cheese either.
And I had less than a cup I believe of the leftover Amy's Black bean soup=98 cals
 
I didnt eat anything again till I got home and I snacked on the jacks salsa and these guys...
 
One serving is 140 cals plus cals for salsa which I dont bother to count
 
I made dinner at home because we have plans to go out tommorow night to the Southern Christmas Show! I am SO excited! I look so foward to this every year!!!
 
240 cals per cup of chicken, rice was 160 cals and broccoli was prob was 49 cals.
 
OK YALL...This chicken was gross. I have a mind to call costco and tell them they ought to refund me my money.  It tasted like RUBBER. I had like 2 to 3 pieces and gave the rest of my chicken plus all the leftovers we had to the dog. NASTY.
 
Then I had a Christmas Tree Cake.
 
 
200 cals.
 
Then I made Paleo Pumpkin Muffins! They are yum but totally not sweet and totally not all paleo.
 
Whatever.
 
I had like a third of one.
