A Bit Off

Oh.my.

Well. I wish I had better news to report.

Truth is...my eating has been a bit off latley.

I worked out three times last week BUT I dont belive that you can out exercise a bad diet.

So.

This is my plan for this week.

1. Track everything.

2. Drink 8 servings of water per day.

3. Exercise M-F and make sure I get to kickboxing on tuesday.

4. Plan out my lunches and dinners before I go to bed tonight (for the whole week). 

How have you guys been?  I know the holidays are sooo hard when you are dieting but I have been soo inspired latley and I know I have come too far to ever give up or throw the towel in.  I think part of my problem is that we had vacation and now TOM is approaching and I tend to be bottomlessly HUNGRY when TOM is comming up. 

I am going to do like suzy and list 5 positive things about this weekend!

1. I got a Mani/Pedi brow wax (great deal on groupon).
2. I ate good for most meals.
3. I got Fred Claus on DVD and me and hubs just watched it!
4. I got a ton of Christmas shopping done today.
5. My sweet Grandma turned 84 years young yesterday and I got to celebrate it with her.

  1. Your grandma is absolutely gorgeous in that pic! Looks awesome. I noticed you missing the last couple days and I had a feeling, from my own experience, that I knew what that meant. Coming off a vacation and holiday like that is HARD. For some reason, it sucks all the motivation out of you and you have to fight to get back in and keep going. You can do it! Good job making a plan. That's the first step.

    1. Thanks girl!! Yes..you know me too well! LOL...I just felt a bit defeated but I cant let that get me down!! ANd thanks grandma is adorable!!! Seriously so pretty, I love her!! :)

  3. I am right there with you!! Since Thanksgiving I have done bad! I will do good for a couple of days then do bad!! and one bad day can mess my weight up really bad! Plus with Christmas coming up I am wanting to bake/cook all kinds of "bad" food!! I just sat down and made out a weeks worth of meals and an exercise schedule!! We can and will DO this!!! :)

    1. Yes girl!! Planning is key!! I am soooo with you on the yummy holiday treats!!! :( It really throws me for a loop because I can normally resist stuff but not when it makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside for the holidays!! LOL we have to stay strong~! :)

  4. What a beautiful Grandmother you have! Happy Birthday :)
    I do think of focusing on the positives is a great thing to do. We tend to only focus on the bad!
    I have two Christmas dinners, one tomorrow and one Tuesday. I have made a plan for both of them and will try my best to stick to it.
    I had a not too great week this week because I was sick. The minute I started to feel better I did give myself a kick in the butt to get back on my plan.
    You are going to have a great week I just know it.
