I woke up literally feeling SICK because of all the junk I ate at that party.
I had some oatmeal with one teaspoon of natural peanut butter and a tbsp of preserves.
I am not posting calories today but if you want to know just check MFP.
It was yummy and extreemly filling.
For lunch I had a mcdonalds salad grilled chicken w/southwest dressing
Then around 4 I was craving something sweet but I didnt want to mess up and get a candy bar so I chose trail mix.
It was 280 calories, thats 30 MORE calories than a twix candy bar. BOO! Id rather had the twix. This is why I like counting calories because my inner fat girl can have what she wants as long as its within calories :)
But all in all, the trail mix was healthier Im sure and more filling LOL.
Then for dinner we had salmon burgers with rice and green beans
We had hot chocolate while watching the Santa Clause with Tim Allen.
Such a cute movie :)
I did have a few left over pretzel hershey things and a few hershey kisses but all in all I did very well today and I am very happy with how today went.
