Day 11: Share My Meals Sunday

Hey loves!

Ok, so because I am doing the 30 day shred I am not going to weigh in with you all until the end.  So instead, I decided I would take food pics for you today!

This morning I got up early and spent some quality time with Jillian, this time on Level 2! Which by the way, is FREAKIN HARD. I do NOT enjoy walking pushups.  Never heard of those? Yeah me either...until TODAY.

Anyways. 

After my sweat sesh I made a delicious breakfast.  1/4 cup of cheerios was consumed pre-workout.


 
This has been my favorite breakfast lately, an egg, 2 egg whites scrambled with salsa and avocado.
 
Then I went to church!
 
Got home and ate some leftover Chinese...sesame chicken...ok I had some last night..and a little bit more for lunch...and this is what was left...
 
 
So I left that for hubby.
 
Then I did a few things around the house and had to go to my sweet friends baby shower.
 
 
She is so cute! She was opening my present!
 
 
They had some awesome punch and food!
 
I went to Target on the way home to get some things for lunches and breakfasts this week.
 
 

Dinner was a smart ones spaghetti with a spinach salad topped with hummus and Italian roasted red pepper dressing that is out of this world! And only 40 cals for 2 tbsp!
 
Then while watching tv I had some popcorn and sour patch to end the night :)
 
 
Oh and I found some Justin's Maple Almond butter at target on clearance!!! SCORE!!!
 
Night loves!!!
 
P.S. I am DREADING the shred tomorrow, its so much harder now. Boo hoo.

  1. You are kind of making me glad I have abdominal injuries and actually canNOT commit to do the shred. Hahaha You go girl!

  2. I'm sure level 2 is much harder but stick with it! You are doing so good and I can't wait to see your results. Your food looks so good and yayy you took pics for us :0). I really need you to make my menu for the week. You have such great breakfast/lunch ideas for work.

    1. Awe you are so sweet Sheila! I am trying girl...ugh I may complain about it every day until day 30 lol but im really trying hard haha! So funny about the menu comment...I was getting ideas from MYSELF the other day, looking back through my blog! hahah

  3. I need to go get the shred! I don't think they have it at my Walmart but I could order it online. When you get to level 2, do you go for longer than 20 minutes? The Biggest Loser last chance workout dvd is hard too! You do it for 45 minutes but like 10 minutes is warm up & cool down.

    1. Girl those biggest looser ones are WAY hard I have one of those. I need to try to do it again after the shred. Im sure you can get it online...maybe even super cheap off amazon...I think Jacob actually bought this one for me at target...target has a great selection. Also the shred is 20 minutes on any level. So that's good otherwise I would pass out on the floor prob. LOL

  4. Omg I hate those walking push ups. HATE. Totally understand. Way to go getting to level two though! I'm still on level one.

    Btw, I dunno what is going on with my blog/google! I tried to go fix what you were talking about and couldn't figure it out :(

    Anyway, awesome looking food as usual. You're on top of it girl. Keep it up!!

    1. Hmm that's crazy...I actually looked on your blog today to make sure I wasn't missing anything!! haha. But thank you honey! Its so hard and I want to quit sometimes but I have already talked about it on facebook so I MUST go through with it hahahah. Yes those walking pushups are evil.
