Breakfast was a weird one...
I couldn't hardly eat that grapefruit but I did eat the crackers.
For a snack I had a banana : )

And then the leftovers from last night.
Sooo good the next day.
140 cals for afternoon snack
Corn crab Alaskan chowder from Costco one cup for 250 cals
Salmon patty with hot sauce and broccoli
strawberries with 50 cal peaches with a bit of sugar free vanilla pudding mix on top (marinated in the fridge a couple mins) with cool whip.
