Thats me at work, cheesin for you :)
Ok on to breakfast! I was in a bit of a RUSH, despite waking up earlier than normal...go figure, so breakfast had to be fast. I toasted up two waffles and put probably less than a tablespoon of skippys reduced fat peanut butter on both of them. When i got to work I added a banana and had a coffee with one pumpkin spice creamer, and didnt even drink all of it.
It was super yummy and kept me full a really long time. When it was finally time for lunch I broke out one of my usual's...the Starkist Tuna Kit...its an albacore tuna pouch with a pack of reduced fat mayo, a pack of relish, a little spoon, napkin, mint and pack of crackers. Its under $1.75 at walmart too. I loves it. Quick, healthy and cheap.
I also had some strawberries and my 75 calorie Light Lays. Lunch was pretty tasty.
Later on I had to run some errands and it was FREEZING today so i stopped and got me a Large coffee for a whopping .74 cents.
Speaking of coffee...this is my new favorite thing....
That's right...it's not a mirage. You are seeing the words "Gold Cheesecake Creamer".
Ah-mazing.
So I came back to the office and decided I needed some pumpkin fluff...a big 28 calorie snack (when you eat 2 tbsp by itself). YUM.
And later I had one of the smallest apples known to man because I needed some fuel before I left work to get me through my chilly walk with mom. Im tellin ya'll it feels like CHRISTMAS outside!
Dinner tonight, was Tacos!!! Made with lean ground beef, these babies were delish. I also had half a cup of corn and half a cup of refried beans. Also about half a serving of tortilla chips that are sadly not pictured because they were a tasty afterthought to the meal.
I will be ending today UNDER calorie folks! And I will probably even go have me another small bit of pumpkin fluff because I love it, and pumpkin is healthy and I feel like I am eating a NAUGHTY desert when actually I'm not :) Plus, I need a little something sweet after dinner. Do you always have to eat desert? Is it cold where you are right now? I hope you all had a fantastic monday and keep reading, I will be posting a new topic soon: How I Meal Plan. Goodnight!!
Def colder in TN, too! I like it, though. I don't, however, like icky and freezing weather. LOL Looks like a yummy day!

DeleteVery cold in NC yesterday which I'm not really found of. I do not want to skip over Fall which is my favorite. Great meal ideas as always!
