For some reason I had thought it was supposed to be warm today?
Anyways, I prepped some breakfast for work and was pretty sad that Hubs didn't make himself or ME coffee this morning before he left. So, that means that I would have to stop by McDonalds :)
Old Lauryn would use that as an excuse to get her faves: Sausage Biscuit, Hashbrown, Diet Coke.
New Lauryn brought toasted whole wheat bread with peanut butter & banana coins on top, and had a side of strawberries with her McDonalds coffee :)
Around 12:30 I got to go home and I made a quick lunch because I was pretty hungry and me and Mom had to go on a walk!

It was a beautiful day to go walking!!
When I got back home I created my How I Meal Plan post and went grocery shopping.
I got hungry around late afternoon and had a snack.
That would be two small apples cut up with 1/2 a tbsp of reduced fat peanut butter and 3 pumpkin spice marshmallows :)
Then it was time for Hubby to come home and he said that it would take more than that thin crust pizza to fill him up. LOL. So I decided to use up the peel and eat shrimp that had been in the freezer!
I had 3 oz. of shrimp. With coctail sauce. Did not include calories for the sauce. Not much.
Then for dinner we had a Freschetta pizza (harvest supreme) and a side salad with 7g cheese, 1/4 egg, a bit of green olive, and about a tbsp of ranch dressing. I had 1/4 of the pizza.
It was very good.
Hubby chose pumpkin brownies for desert and they were yumm. He had two himself.
I put marshmallows on top and put it under the broiled. Such a good idea!
Then I drizzled caramel & sugar free chocolate syurp on it and put a bit of the whipped cream on top.
Estimated calories=150? Maybe? Not sure.
