Kick it!

Well hello there and Happy Tuesday my friends! The hardest part of the week is over, now eveything is down hill until next Monday :) Anyways, still cold and chilly here but it's supposed to warm up tommorow.  Last night I boiled about four eggs so I could put them in my breakfast. So here she is in all her glory: One waffle, about a TBSP or half of reduced fat peanut butter with a banana cut up on top, boiled egg and I had coffee and a bit of creamer.

Oh and that little green pill is my multi-vitamin.  They are awesome, I get them at Wal-Mart for around $5.00.  Hubby is feeling sick and I am not feeling to well myself so I am hoping that this will keep us healthy. Well, me at least. I tell him to take his vitamins.
No snacking till lunch. Lunch today was a ham sandwich with mustard on whole wheat bread with soup because it was SO insanely cold today.  I had a few of my low cal chips but way less than a normal serving because the bag was almost empty and that's what was left! And some strawberries :)
I used to ALWAYS buy lunch. I hardly ever brought it.  Now I hardly ever buy it. And I have lost 21 pounds. Connection? Im sure.
Anyways, per usual I got snacky around 3-4pm so I had the ...ahem...rest of my pumpkin fluff. *Tears*. I know. Im making more now. (Muwhahahaaa)
And then due to random pictures of candy popping up online everywhere the kid in me wanted some..so I had two packs. Only 35 calories. Not bad. Unless you eat both. 70 calories and not worth it. LOL
Ok guys I was still hungry and I knew as soon as I got off work I had to go to kickboxing...so I am going to be REAL with you and tell you about my other snack. haha. I had two of the smallest apples known to man, they are pictured in yesterdays post. Holla.
Ok so after work I rushed to they gym for my kickfusion class. I call it kickboxing but the teacher calls it kickfusion.  Its basically a mixture of dance, martial art moves, and kickboxing. And it rocks. And the music we work out to ROCKS. I love it. My teacher is awesome too and totally fun.  It's an hour long class.
I came home hott and sweaty and my sweet hubs had a pizza in the oven. It was one of those thin crust freshetta hawaiian ones. Yum. With a side salad it was a great meal.
Unless you plop down on the couch, take a bite and promptly throw it in your lap. This may or may not have happened.
Just eat with caution.  So I DID eat two pieces and I am 74 calories UNDER for today. I am hoping for a wondermous number on the scale in the morning. We shall see.  Now it's time for a little reading of this beaut I got in the mail today & some tea perhaps :) Nighty nite!!


  1. I love that pizza. But you know me, I just LOVE pizza. Ha! How funny about the Lemon Heads. I hope you don't get under the weather. Are you ever gonna disable this robot thing? LOL

  3. I agree the thin crust pizza is good option on busy nights and is great. Is it possible to include how many calories your meals are? I just love your meal ideas and want to start using some myself.
