I guess thats what I get for complaining about the heat last week.

Oh well, anyways! Enough about the weather.

    1. Awe thanks staci!!! Hahah yeah she is a TRIP believe me!! LOL

  2. Ok ok I have so much to tell you. First of all congrats on having so many followers. I am not surprised at all I love your blog. Someone on ML's group couldn't remember what your website was today so of course I had to let them know. Just wait, you will be at 100 in no time.

Yes, it is absolutely freezing here in NC today. Plus it was raining tonight which makes it way colder. That dinner looked sooo good. You know I am a country girl too and that is definitely a southern dinner. Can you pretty please give me the recipe? Oh, and I did your egg salad today for breakfast. I *ahem* borrowed light mayo packets from Chik-fil-a and just made the one servering and it was delicious. Even my honey loved it.

    1. Awww thank you so much Sheila!!! I REALLY appreciate you doing that!! Its so fun getting to meet new followers and watching the blog grow!! Yay!!! :)

We got a *little* bit of rain but it was windy and crazy and cold!! lol As for the recipe its so easy! You could do it with any hamburger patty, just cook it or heat it, you can throw in a dash of steak seasoning and salt and pepper, and then one small can of mushrooms and a few slices of onion, I cooked those with the patties in the pan and threw in maybe a tbsp of brummel and brown to make them carmalize and get all yummy! Then make your rice, ( i used white ) and heat one can of cream of mushroom (reduced fat) And then heat up your canned (lol) green beans! I cooked two cans bc I wanted a lot! ANd the way I plate it, is put the gravy on top of the rice and a little of the meat. Its SO good!! Try it!! I am sooo glad you and the honey liked the egg salad! Its so yummy and filling!! :)

  3. Love your blog!
Here in Ontario, Canada we're getting the rain and most of all the wind right now.

    1. Thank you Suzi!! Wow Canada!! I would love to visit there one day!! With better weather of course! LOL

    1. Hahahah oh we pay for it every day!! She is like the worst cat EVER but we are in love. Unfortunatly. hahahah

    2. Oh and Coach's Oats is a brand of oatmeal, I got my big bag at costco!

  5. what is this dijonaise you speak of?? Sounds yummy! & where do you get it? or did you make it up yourself? I don't think I've ever seen it in stores!

    1. Hahah oh girl! I wish I could take credit for that yumminess! LOL But its put out by hellmans and its with mustard and everything in the grocery store. Its awesome bc its like a mix of mustard and mayo. But its ONLY 5 calories PER teaspoon!!! Its a miracle! haha

    2. omg I have GOT to go get some of this stuff!!!

  6. Oohh that all looks yummy!!!

We are getting a lot of wind here in Central NC and supposedly some wintery mix in the morning!!
