I guess thats what I get for complaining about the heat last week.

Oh well, anyways! Enough about the weather.

Oh guess what?

I totally made it to the gym this morning and got in one hour of cardio on the treadmill.  Burned 369 calories babayyy!!

  2. Ok ok I have so much to tell you. First of all congrats on having so many followers. I am not surprised at all I love your blog. Someone on ML's group couldn't remember what your website was today so of course I had to let them know. Just wait, you will be at 100 in no time.

Yes, it is absolutely freezing here in NC today. Plus it was raining tonight which makes it way colder. That dinner looked sooo good. You know I am a country girl too and that is definitely a southern dinner. Can you pretty please give me the recipe? Oh, and I did your egg salad today for breakfast. I *ahem* borrowed light mayo packets from Chik-fil-a and just made the one servering and it was delicious. Even my honey loved it.

    1. Awww thank you so much Sheila!!! I REALLY appreciate you doing that!! Its so fun getting to meet new followers and watching the blog grow!! Yay!!! :)

We got a *little* bit of rain but it was windy and crazy and cold!! lol As for the recipe its so easy! You could do it with any hamburger patty, just cook it or heat it, you can throw in a dash of steak seasoning and salt and pepper, and then one small can of mushrooms and a few slices of onion, I cooked those with the patties in the pan and threw in maybe a tbsp of brummel and brown to make them carmalize and get all yummy! Then make your rice, ( i used white ) and heat one can of cream of mushroom (reduced fat) And then heat up your canned (lol) green beans! I cooked two cans bc I wanted a lot! ANd the way I plate it, is put the gravy on top of the rice and a little of the meat. Its SO good!! Try it!! I am sooo glad you and the honey liked the egg salad! Its so yummy and filling!! :)
