Low Calorie Mini Pumpkin Fluff Pies

Happy Sunday !! Today instead of my normal eats, I am posting a fabulous fall recipe!!  This is my version of Pumpkin Fluff. Now the idea for putting it in the mini graham cracker crusts came from hairbyash on youtube. I think its a brilliant idea.  Lets get started! You will need the following:

That is one can of pumpkin, one box of sugar free/fat free butterscotch jello, fat free cool whip and a pack of the mini graham cracker crusts. First you need to open the can of PURE PUMPKIN into a mixing bowl, like so....

Then you add your entire container of cool whip and start mixing it together.

Then it should look like this:

At this point add about half of the jello dry mix and I also added 3 Costco brand splendas to give it a little more sweet, but taste it before you do this, it will depend on how sweet you like it. Next you put about two big TBSP's into each mini graham cracker crust and if you'd like, you can top yours with Reddi Whip :) just like a baby pumpkin pie. I think its presh.

A whole 204 calories/5g of fat each and VERY yummy. There is 6 pie crusts in a pack but you will probably have a little of the fluff left over because it makes ALOT.  So, in theory it may actually be a little less than 204 calories!  The butterscotch gives it just the right spice....A great low calorie/fat treat for fall!! And if you add reddi whip you will need to count those calories too, but im sure it wont be much! I hope you all try this and enjoy!!
